Yes. Monthly Kualitee subscriptions can be cancelled or reduced (fewer users) anytime from your account settings — no cancellation fees. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and non-refundable but can be downgraded at renewal. Cancelled accounts retain data access for 90 days for export before archival. Data exports are provided in standard CSV/XLSX formats compatible with other test management tools.
